Making a command based on a cell colour

    Hi can anyone help.

I have multiple rows all coloured differently (manually) and I want to be able to make a command based on a particular colour.

    For example:

I have a row and one of the columns gives me a cost but the cost is not agreed so its coloured red. So while this is red I want to multiply the cost by 50% but if its not red I want it to be 100%.

    Is this possible? Thanks.

maybe it's easier to define the conditions to color; then you can use these conditions in a formula.
Notice my main language is not English.

I appreciate it, if you reply on my solution.
