Yes/No Drop Down List Unless Specific Value

    Hello,

    I have the following problem:

I want column B to have a drop down list with the values "Yes" and "No" unless the value of column A is "Denied". Then column B should only allow the value "No".

What is the easiest way to achieve this (preferably with only a formula and no reference range in data validation)?

    Thank you.
