Look up and return top 3 ranked product names from table range

Dear guru's

I have a table of fruit quantities, the location they were grown and the month they were harvested.

I have managed to rank the top 3 quantities from the table of information (first four columns).

Is it possible, based on the quantities in the ranked table, to look up and return the name of the farm and the month in which they were harvested, and place those results in the ranking table? (results to be shown in the yellow cells in the ranking table).

I've tried using match, lookup and offset, but I've not had any success so far.

I would really appreciate any help.

Thank you for your response. The two formula work perfectly. I've not used INDEX and SUMPRODUCT together before. This seems like a powerful combination. I shall now study this combination.
