Unhappy Help with Sumif function please, need two criteria

Hi so I'm trying to calculate the gross pay percentage by department and person, but my sumif function is adding the total gross pay twice for different departments. I can't figure out how to have it look at two criteria instead of just one. I've attached a workbook with my problem thank you.

    Use SUMIFS instead of SUMIF.

I don't understand how you have arrived at the figures you say you expect.
