Rank formula not woking

Hi All,

I have an issue with Rank. I believe it has something to do with a format, but I cannot figure out what...

The formula worked in column H in my file, but not in column N. I have attached a sample. What am I missing?

The data in G is values, but the data in M is text - you cannot rank text

I gathered that, hence why I included Value () in my Rank formula's. Obviously it's re the Ranges that are not working.

Obviously a helper column is needed.

Select the data in column M.

Goto the Data tab>Text to Columns
Click Finish
