Trying to populate a BOM summary from a master materials list based on quantities entered

I'm trying to find a formula (if one exists) to populate a BOM summary from a master materials list when I enter materials quantities onto the master list worksheet. Attached is a spreadsheet that includes two worksheets, worksheet 1 is the master materials list, and worksheet 2 is the desired result that I'm looking for.
