Sort with leading zero as a number; not text

I'm stuck.
I cannot get this data to sort how I need it.

It looks something like this:
113
1110
09114
10100
119
121
1210
1211

But I need it to sort like this:

09114
113
119
121
1110
1210
1211
10100

Possible? I can either get the leading zero first but then 1110 sorts before 121 (text sort). Or I can get those numbers straight but the leading zero is dropped making 09114 into 9114 and sorts it at the end (value sort). This is a SMALL portion of the data I need to sort and I have already pulled out the number from the letters so I'm CLOSE but no cigar.....
