How to link to cells that are in every other column??

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out how to link cells in worksheet X to cells in every other column in worksheet Y (skipping one column) as I drag the formula across a row.

For example:

Going from the following in sheet Y:

Sheet Y (cell)
(A1) (B1) (C1) (D1) (E1) (F1) (G1)
1 2 1 2 1 2 1

To the following in sheet X:

Sheet X (cell)
(A1) (B1) (C1) (D1)
1 1 1 1


Any help would be appriciated!

Edit this to your range: Sheet1!$A$1:$H$1000

Paste in Sheet 2:
