Probably a simple solution for most on this forum
What I am trying to do is come up with a function/formula for getting corresponding chosen cells for a value from a separate sheet.
For Eg, In the attached spreadsheet, I already have the answer for columns like "Support Group" "App Owner" "Business" on the "Inventory" sheet.
What I want to be able to do is, fill out those values on the Main sheet. I need to be able to search items based on multiple identifiers. Like in this case I could use the "Asset tag" or "Server Name" identifier from the main sheet.
Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction here. VLOOKUP does not work cause my data is not necessarily sorted or the identifier might not be in column A
