I hope you are doing well, collectively!
I just wanted to open a post about how one could leverage excel into a form that an end-user could complete with simple questions, primarily Y/N. Ideally, based on the users selection of Y or N additional questions would appear below the original question and so on and so forth. Is this something that could be done with excel? Something like this:
Question 1 would be:
Is this person a manager? (Y/N)
After the end user selects their answer, a second question pops up/appears below the original question. After the complete that one, additional questions appear below.
Is this doable?
Open to any ideas Gurus!
