Match the negative value v/s corresponding positive in same row

Dear Sir,

I have to eliminate the contra values which falls in same row, if the number of rows is high.

For eg. In amount coloum the value 10000 has mentioned one negative and two positive values I have to eliminate one positive value with corresponding negative. Please help me to solve the issue

what if a negative number comes first and same positive number comes afterwards like first is -1 then comes 1
