    Drag Formula

    I have:

    =E11 in cell F32

    I need F35 to =E12

    and F38 = E13

    and so on so basicly when I drag formula in F32 down, evey 3rd cell equals just one cell down.

    If I drag it currently it will look like

    F32 = E11
    F33 = E12
    F34 = E13
    F35 = E14

    Instead of what I what which is

    F32 = E11
    F33 = I dont care what value it gives me, I will fix that later
    F34 = I dont care what value it gives me, I will fix that later
    F35 = E12

    Thank you for help, I have about 2000 to do and if I can fugure this out, I will save a ton of time.

    Re: Drag Formula

    Try this in F32 and filled down.

    =INDEX(E:E,FLOOR((ROWS($1:1)-1)/3,1)+11)
