    Multiple condition, muktiple result

    Hi,
In the table Cell A3 to C17 are the conditions that I have and D4 to E17 are their expected results in each conditions.

From A22 to C36 are the real things which will be in my report and I need the results in D22 to E36 as per the above conditions.
Is there any simpler way to do this? I have thought about making a formula using IF and AND, which results in a very bug formula.

and I tried to achieve this by using CONCATENATE, but was unsuccessful...

    Re: Multiple condition, muktiple result

    Sorry...
When A4,B4 and C4 are exactly like that, Result1 should be Excellent and Result 2 should be Exceed Expectation.
As I said, A4 to E17 is the reference table.

the actual things/formula shhould be in D22 to E36 depending on A22 to C36 after referencing the A4 to E17 table

    In D23 Cell

    =IFERROR(LOOKUP(2,1/(($A$4:$A$17=$A23)*($B$4:$B$17=$B23)*($C$4:$C$17=IF(--$C23>3,"3-above",IF(--$C23>0,"1-2",--$C23)))),D$4:D$17),"")

    Drag it down and right...
