    Simple IF formula help

    Hi everyone,

I am trying to find a formula to help me link two tabs together to produce a kind of a 'summary' page.

In the 'High Priority' tab, i am looking for the columns to be filled with data from the 'status' tab, only when the data is classed as 'High' priority (e.g. Cell J9).

I have attached the file i am talking about, and have filled in one example.

Any help you can provide would be great!

    thanks!

Please see attached file. Also, there are some cell needed to be unmerged.

I know AlKey gave you an answer and it looks good, but in a possible different direction I was thinking that a pivot table might work well for this too. You can then filter on the priority statuses and get the info. Just a thought.

I dont see it possible to do it as formula...but you would rather 'scan' the records and rebuild the list in case the status changes.

    Too slow again.
This is fairly similar, only difference is I use a helper column for a "cleaner" look of the formulas.

    Excel Help V2.xlsx

Hi AlKey, i liked your solution the best, worked really well on one tab, but i now could ideally do with the summary page linking through multiple tabs (if possible). Do you think you could alter the formula you produced initially to recognise this?

Thank you for your help by the way!
