    If meets criteria, place X

    I'm wanting an X placed in column U if any of the criteria are met in row 8...

    Column K has an X
    Column L has an X
    Column O is >240
    Column P is a female < 50, or male is < 40 or results are N/A
    Column Q is > 200
    Column R is > 160 or results are N/A
    Column S is fasting and >=100
    Column T is <0.9 or >5

    Based upon your presentation, it appears that you have multiple datum in fields P, R and S. This will make it very difficult to provide you with a viable solution. I suggest you post a sample worksheet for analysis.

    Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

    See attachment for a few examples...
    Patient 1 receives an X in column U because they meet the criteria for column K
    Patient 2 receives an X in column U because they meet the criteria for columns O, B&P (combined formula), Q and T
    Patient 3 does not meet any of the criteria therefore does not have an X in column U

    In column U, row 8 type

    =IF(OR(K8="X",L8="X",O8>240,AND(B8="M",P8<40),AND(B8="F",P8<50),Q8>200,R8>160,R8="N/A",AND(N8="Y",S8>=100),T8<0.9,T9>5),"U","")
