I have had a look at a few threads about dropbox function, a few seem to have a sample sheet, but I cant open them, because im using excel 1985 - 2001.
I want a dropbox result to populate a cell

OK- I read that and had no idea how to deal with dropbox

should work in older versions of excel, BUT i dont have an old version to try
what is the exact version you have ?

on the disk it has Microsoft Office Xp Professional version 2002
