Conditional Formatting

First off I have an excel sheet that I have split into two windows. excel sheet.jpg

I will do my best to describe what I am trying to do here but please bear with me.


I am looking for a formula that will change the bottom sheet number a color if it exists on the top sheet.

I forgot to add that I am also looking for a formula that will turn a date cell red if the date is within "x" amount of days to the current date.
