Need to display ONLY filtered results by use of a Sum, Vlookup and aggregate?

    MeterReads QTR (Jan Mar 2014)test.xlsx

    Please Help.
I need to display in Sheet1 (FY13 4th Qtr Meter Reads)F524:F538 the Total BW usage for the stated models in A524:A538.

The tricky part is that I want to filter by Campus from the table (located on sheet1, A1:M519) and have the results show for ONLY the selected campus('s).

Example: If I select the campus "Canton", I would like to sum the usage for all of the devices/models that match for that particular campus

Thanks for looking- any help would be greatly appreciated..

Go to Column N, and put =SUBTOTAL(9,L2) and drag the formula down

SUBTOTAL equals zero when it is hidden, so you'll just perform your sum on Column N now. When you filter some rows out, the hidden number will become a zero.
