    Request assistance with conditional formula

    I have created an excel spreadsheet, but need help with the final (4th) column. I would like the final column to give one of three responses (Train, Over-Train, or No Training) based on three criteria selected by drop down menus. I have included the path for each possible response. Any help will be appreciated.

    Personally, I think I'd set up a lookup table that reflects the DIF Model and concatenate the factors. Then you can concatenate the inputs and look up the outcome.
