Insert # in cell based on text in different sheet & corresponding text/# in another sheet

I have a workbook template that i am using to use weekly and import into a software weekly based on jobsite walks. I need to be able to type a company name in A1 of sheet 1, and have that company's ID (the software recognizes a 5 digit code for each company) populate in B1 on Sheet 2 based on a list of the companies & their corresponding codes found on sheet 3.

what basis can be used to populate? in other words that is the unique ID?

Sheet 3 shows the "Company IDs" for each company. These would be what i need to populate into B on sheet 2.

I dont get it still. Unless all sheet entries are in the same order AlwaYS, there is no real key other then complete/incomplete
