Conditional Formatting: Highlighting the value in a particular cell red

Hello all,

I have a question on how to highlight a particular cell red if the value in one cell is less than or equal to the value in another cell.
For instance, How do I make it so that the "Hours to go" cell turns red if the value in the "Actual Last Completion" value is less than or equal to the value of "Last Completed" cell?

=M12<=B12 in conditional formatting formula. Set the formatting to your desired shade of fill.

Here it is. I'm not sure what you want to do if the "Actual Last Completion" is blank so I ignored it completely. If you wanted to highlight in red only if the cell wasn't blank then change the formula to =AND(M12<=B12,M12<>"")
