    How can i enter value with 0

    Well i'm writing a data in which consumer number starts with "0" zero. But i cannot write it. Plz tell me a way so i can write values starting with 0.

    Include an apostrophe ' at the start of the string to force the value to be a text string. Alternatively format the cells as text.

    Not necessary if you custom format the cell to show the leading zeros. Complications may ensue with calculations if you change numbers to text. Not the best idea!

    Use custom format 00000 for a five-digit number with a leading zero - adjust to as many 0s as necessary.
