Array formula won't let me fill down or anything!

I've got this formula, entered as an array formula in cell B9 of my spreadsheet:

This is a formula I've used MANY times in the past & it's been working fine. But today, when I go to fill it down the rest of column B, I keep getting a message saying "You cannot change part of an array". I tried just entering it as a non-array formula & it gives me the same message. So, I tried hitting the deleted key to get rid of the formula entirely, but it gives me the same message & I tried right-clicking the cell & hitting Clear Contents, but same message.

I wrote the formula down a long time ago, so, in case it gave me trouble, I'd have a reference, but I've compared it to what I've entered this time & it appears to be exactly the same.

I copied your formula - since I didn't have your .xlsm workbooks, I changed those names to mine and it copied down just fine. Maybe something wrong in that area?

It sounds like you entered a multi-cell array..
Meaning, you selected multiple cells first, then typed the formlua, Then pressed CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER

You'll have to re-select all those cells, clear contents
Then enter the formula in 1 single cell, then press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER, Then Fill down.

That must be what I did wrong. First time I've made THAT mistake, so far, LOL!

I appreciate both of your responses; evidently there was nothing wrong with the formula itself, just in my entering it.
