Unhappy Conditional Formatting - Multiple Text Conditions!

    Hi all,

I use a tracker to allow a team of salesmen to see where they are against their target and use a text format rather than a percentage IE target of 30 and theyve done 3 will show up as 3 / 30 (with gaps) everyone has different targets ranging from 1 - 110 and I am struggling to think of a format that would do the below.

I want the cell to be green when they've hit or over achieved
Yellow when they are over 90%
    & red under 90%

I would be happy with just green & red if its not possible.

I am struggling to find a formula that will do this with it being text?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think what you're asking for isn't possible. However, I'm not great with conditional formatting. IN the event that no-one else replies, why not compromise and make a helper column and normalise everything to a percentage and conditionally format on that basis. In my example, you could set the colour of the text to match that of the formatting and just have the coloured band.
