How do I move multiple rows of similar into one row of data on separate sheet

I use an online text company to send surveys out to our customers after they receive a repair from us... The company can only send me the data in one format - like the attached example on sheet 1.

The problem is, I need the data to mix with non text data which is like sheet 2. How can I use formula to move the data from sheet 1 into sheet 2?

The same person may text us 3 times as they reply to different questions, but I need all their data to come up as 1 row - with the answers to each question coming up as a new column.

The only unique field (per person) would be column A in sheet 1 (which matches column F in sheet 2).
