    and i got that absent dates in coloum? ( ai ) only one coloum like that 01/05/2014,2/05/2014,3/05/2014 if possible plz help me

    in My example attendance IN last coloum ( AI) i need total "A"dates in this coloum (AI). like that
    abt on 01/05/2014,05/05/2014,10/05/2014
    its possible plz help me.

    Put in Cell AI2 and copied down:

    =COUNTIF(D2:AH2,"="&"A")

    something like that?
