I have 5 columns :
Column A : Start Date
Column B : Finish Date
Column C : Actual Start Date
Column D : Actual Finish Date
Column E : % Completion
I want the formula for % completion based on Today Date in Column E.

how do you determine % completion? for eg
Actual Start is 4 Jun 2014. Actual Finish is 6 Jun 2014. today is 5 Jun 2014. what is the the %? is it 66.6%? 2 out of 3 days completed? if so, maybe;
=IF(TODAY()<C2,0,(TODAY()-C2+1)/(D2-C2+1))
