    Hi

Using Conditional Formatting, assuming that your enter date is in A1, then in CF rules put this.
    Formula: copy to clipboard

How can you use Conditional Formating.

--In Excel 2007 and 2010, Conditional Formatting is in the Styles group on the Home tab. In Excel 2003, Conditional Formatting is on the Format menu. See here how you can work using CF.

Re: Get the notificatin in date column

You completely change your requirement. Fotis provided you a solution as per your requirement in post#1.
It would be helpful if you provide a sample workbook with enough sample data in it along with the desired output filled manually.

Re: Get the notificatin in date column

    Try conditional formatting:

    Condition 1:
Cell value between =today() and =today()-10 and select fill with yellow

    Condition 2:
Cell value less than or equal to today()-10 and select fill with red

    Should work for you.

Try this formula for conditional formatting. See the attached sheet to follow the instructions to apply conditional formatting.
