Need Help Sorting Text and Number Values

Hello,
I need help creating a formula that searches column A for all like number combinations and then checks to see if column B contains win, loss, or break even. Then places the result next to the corresponding number in column C which contains sorted no repeats of the number variations in column D.

Rules:
Only number combinations in column A where all of the values in column B equal Win are True. Any other combination is False

Example 1:
The same combination can be found in A4 and A5 only but since one of them is a “Loss” in column B the result in sorted column C3, which contains the number combination, equals False.

A4: 111/31221111 – B4: Loss

A5: 111/31221111 – B5: Win

C3: Contains the result the of the sort of the number combinations in column A

D3: equals False

Example 2:
The same combination can be found in A28, A29, and A30 since all of them are “Wins” the result in the sorted column D25 equals False.

A28: 122/21233311 – B28: Win

A29: 122/21233311 – B29: Win

A30: 122/21233311 – B30: Win

C25: Contains the result the of the sort of the number combinations in column A

D25: equals True (All variations equal win so the result is true)


It doesn’t matter if a number variation only contains 1 “Win” or 25 the result is still true. Any other variations that don’t contain all “Wins” is False.
