Yes or No = numerical value on seperate tab

I am trying to write a statement, or formula, to take a Word (yes or no) entered into a cell and then depending on what selected, product a number value in a designated cell on another tab.

    Example:
There is a drop down list in Tab1 in C35 (with Yes and No as options)
If you select Yes, a value of 20% will be populated in Tab2 in E42
If you select No, a value of 100% will be populated in Tab2 in E42

    a slight twist on Glenn's answer… =IF('Tab1'!C35="Yes",.2,IF('Tab1'!C35="No",1,"")) and format C35 as percent.
