    How to skip rows when referencing another workbook that doesn't skip rows?

    Hello all, I am trying to make a worksheet that has cells that input employee names from a separate workbook containing nothing but a large list of names, with no rows separating the names. However, on the worksheet I am importing them into, there needs to be two rows spaced between the names. So on the worksheet I'm importing to, the first cell has,

    But obviously if I autofill the row with this formula, it wont leave two blank rows between the names as required. Any help at all will be greatly appreciated.

    I'm running Excel 2013 on Windows 7 64 bit
