Subtract a certain number, when a certain box is ticked in a cell.

Hi there.

Trying to get this formula to work to have breaks automatically deducted from the time it took to complete that side of the table.

For example, "Table 1a" took 35 minutes. But if F9 is ticked it only took 15 minutes. Or "Table 2a" took 75 minutes, but if G11 is ticked it only took 35 minutes.

Checkboxes are a pain to deal with en masse, so I have removed them and added VBA code that will add a check mark to any cell in column E, F, G, or H when it is clicked when empty, or remove the check mark when already checked.

Open the file and enable macros and the formula in L should do what you want...
