Apologies if my thread title is confusing but I don't know how to put it other than that.
I have an excel sheet that I am trying to put together to make my life easier but I cannot figure out what formula or function(s) I need to use to get it to display what I want from it, I'll try to explain so please bare with me and I've attached the file so that you can potentially see what I'm talking about.
I want to use the 'data dump' tab to, on a daily basis, drop in the performance of agents from the previous day (I get this info emailed to me).
I a formula that will automatically populate the individual agents 'talk time' into the other cells where the criteria for the name and date match as we measure them against their targets and I want to be able to feedback to them a lot more frequently as to how they are performing to target.
I have a basic grasp of some excel functions but as this one is looking at multiple fields in order to display a result I am well and truly stumped and was hoping someone here may be able to tell me what I'm doing wrong.
