    Copy conditionally formatted non-adjacent rows

    See example attached. Example.xlsx
I need to highlight the lowest value by row in cols A, C & D but not B. I can do the first row but can't copy it down the rows.

Please see attached file. Highlight the first range go CF and select Bottom select 1 from drop down menu. Do the same for each range.

Sorry, rather a novice - what does 'go CF' mean please?

Re: Copy conditionally formatted non-adjacent rows

Yes I understand how to CF - I did the first row no problem. But with 500+ plus rows to CF, I want to find a way to do that in one operation rather than row by row. Hence my original question about copying it. And the fact that the columns are not adjacent doesn't seem to be helping. (also in your example there is a problem with row 1 - two cells highlighted, and row 5 - all cells are highlighted).

Re: Copy conditionally formatted non-adjacent rows

If you read my post#2 it says to highlight the first range not first cell. You should select the entire range (A1:A500). Also, you apply CF to the columns not to the rows. If column 'A' has two smallest values that are the same, then both of them will be highlighted and if there are 6 then all six will be highlighted.

Re: Copy conditionally formatted non-adjacent rows

OK, a complete misunderstanding, I see. Maybe I didn't explain correctly in my opening post. I do not want the lowest value per COLUMN, but per ROW. Therefore in row 1, A1 should be highlighted as £29.70 is the lowest value in that ROW (ignoring col B as I said originally).

Thank you - your formula has cracked it - and I can just use 'applies to' in edit CF to select range to be CF'd.
