I want to pull data according to the check box where
I will put the word Y on the tile needed to display

Raw data on sheet 2 , result sheet 1

If the formula works , turn the cell G3 from N to Y to
see if it display two tiles , paris beige 50 x 50 tile
and olive 60 x 60

Perhaps something like this? Im add up helper column to "Search Size" to make formula not too complicated

You on 2010 excel?

I shorter the formula work on 2007-2013 excel

Here is a variation of the solutions of micope21 and azumi.
I converted the source data to a Excel Table so that it expands automatically.
All the complex formula is in leftmost column (which can be hidden or moved way to the right, perhaps).
Basic INDEX formula is then used to retrieve the data but it also includes MATCH on the columns so that names of columns can be changed around or skipped.

Edit: changed the ROWS placement in the leftmost formula.
