Fetching value and generating percentile value

Hi All,

I have attached one excel sheet in which"-

Sheet2 Column C should contain the 90 percentile value of Sheet1 Column D.
Kindly advice on how to achieve that.

Lets say in Sheet1, Column C has 353 "MM_Homepage" and their corresponding values are in Column D as Timestamp Digit
Now in Sheet 2, Column C I want to place 90 percentile value of all the 352 "MM_Homepage" from Sheet1 Column D

Thanks for the solution but it might sound dumb, I am unable to use the formula in another sheet or even in another cell of the same sheet. I am quite sure {} are part of the formula but if i put the {} its treating the whole formula as a string value.
Please help.
I am able to get Sheet1!$C$2:$C$6329 value by pressing F4 key, but unable to get this value $B1 (not sure how to get that).
Two issues are restricting me to use the formula

1)Using {} is making the whole formula as string
2)unable to get this value $B1

I am newbie in excel so please pardon me for my stupid and basic questions.

Hi Friends a bit of googling helped me and solved the problem
ctrl+shift+enter made it work
