    Overdue formula issues

    I need a formula which details if we are overdue on completing a task.

    I'm trying to create something which will provide me with a +/- number of days we are overdue (or left remaining)

    S7 = Due Date
    T7 = Date Sent
    U7 - Days Remaining

    I need todays date, minus S7(Due Date) but only if T7 is blank. If T7(Date Sent) has a date entered, then I need U7(Days Remaining) to be S7-T7

    *I think*

    Is this even possible?

    Re: Overdue formula issues

    Another quick question, if the cells are blank it is returning a figure of 41807.00 - how do I amend the formula so that the cell U7 remains blank if S7 and T7 are? (sorry)

    Re: Overdue formula issues

    Sorry, me again.... I think there is a slight error as my dates are reflecting postive and negative the wrong way around:

    Date 'Milestone 1'
    documents due by Date 'Milestone 1' documents sent Days Remaining to provide docs
    19/05/14 20/05/14 -1.00
    16/06/2014 1.00
    20/05/2014 28.00
    18/06/2014 -1.00

    Hi,
    play a little bit with cells order in this part:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
    Please Login or Register to view this content.

    (try to change 's7-today()', or 't7-s7' or a combination)

    Re: Overdue formula issues

    Sorry, try again...

    Date 'Milestone 1' documents 'Milestone 1' documents sent Days Remaining to provide docs
    due by Date
    19/05/14 20/05/14 -1.00
    16/06/2014 1.00
    20/05/2014 28.00
    18/06/2014 -1.00

    Excuse the terrible formatting... the first row appears correct, but the second row i was expecting it to be +29 days, third row to be +3 days and the fourth row to also be a positive figure. I double checked the formula as through I might of copied it down the column incorrectly and it was picking up another row, but it appears to be correct.
