2 Problems with offset/match function

Hi Folks,

I have 2 problems with my spreadsheet due to a lack of understanding re:offset and match functions. The problems are described in the yellow boxes on the skills profile and skills datasheet tabs.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks - your solution works great!!! Ok, problem 2. Apologies for my lack of clarity.

You may have noticed that "Visual Learning" appears both on the PE and Technical tabs. In the Skills Profile tab in the top 5 table next to Visual learning, I would like PE and Technical to appear in 2 of these boxes to the right. This will show that this skill has been used in both of these school subjects (ideally with the score that they achieved in each which can be found at skillsdatasheet tab O4:S8). The extra boxes could be used when more sheets and subjects are added in future.
