Index match returning incorrect values

Hi guys thank you all in advance for your help.

So here goes, I tried to do an index match and upon applying the formula to a range of cells that I want a return value for, I'm getting the same return value that I got from the first cell.

I have input $ to lock the range and maybe u guys should know that I tried doing Ctrl shift enter for single cells and it gives me the right value after. Thing is this, when I did Ctrl shift enter to that range nothing changes too. Please help guys ok nearly at the edge of pulling my hair off my head because I have been on this for almost 3 hours.

Ok I think I found the problem here. I just got the results I want by just clicking on the calculate now button. Didn't realise it formula calculation options was set to manual!
