Value comparision

Hi friends

I have a problem in eliminating duplicate values

when there are two duplicate values in 2 columns its easy for me to identify.

Is it possible to add/subtract few values in column A and automatically compare with column B to locate the exact or the approximately near value?

In column A the sheet has 100,200,300 values and column b has 600. Is it possbile to find automatically the value 600 in column B by adding the three cells in column A?

I have attached the file. i think ur not viewing it

basically my query is to eliminate/identify the duplicate values present the cell. the rows are approximately 1000. in which i have succesfully identified 400 duplicate entries. remaining entries are either addition of 3 or 4 cells in one column which approximately matches with second column value(s).

there are a lot of combinations. do the adding number have to be consecutive?

adding number need not be consecutive. as the first three row cells may be matching with the 500th row cell of second column.
