I am having issues with a multiple criteria index match array!
I have attached an example where I need to bring back a result matching 4 specific criteria, but I cannot seem to get it to work at all!
I have attached an example dataset with the formula that I was trying to get right (and failing miserably!!)
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated

Two solutions...
One if Governance is always preceeded by "01. " (minus the "). Coloured pink.
The other if it can vary, in which case you'll have to pull over the number, too. Coloured yellow.

Is there anyway to build in a rank into our index match formula?
i.e. Ranking the results for Governance? I'm struggling massively (Yet again unfortunately! - Another one I just cant figure out

I'll try. But I'm not sure what you mean. Can you post a sheet where a ranking is required, explain what the result should be and (if it isn't blindingly obvious) why?
