calculating cumulative daily overtime for 20+ staff.

Hi im new to this site so be gentle.
I have set up a form to calculate hours worked by my staff, i have already worked out how to get individual overtime hours per week on an individual basis and consequently the total for the week.

what i need is a formula to calculate daily overtime on a cumulative basis:
Typical day is 8 hrs worked 6:00 till 14:30 anything else worked is overtime i can sort the formula on a individual basis but not as a group.

I also need to factor in holidays which are paid at 8 hrs.
