Removing words which are not first name

Hello,

I have a data set of 320,000 with first and last name columns, some of the names are not names for example first name is Subway and last name is Restaurants instead of Joe Smith

I am looking for a way to remove the data in the first and last name columns which is not a name also which have numbers.

Any help is appreciated.

Do you have a list of what should (or should not) be in there? Otherwise how would excel (or we) know that you want to keep Boris ( the name) and dont want Boris (Boris Hardware)?

Thank you for the quick reply, the only criteria I have is "Any records containing numbers or recognizable business names to be suppressed"

The numbers we can do - "recognizable business names" no so easy

would you know how to do the numbers. I have combed through the list and saw a couple of words like restaurants, corp, mobile etc...
