HOw to insert or place a photo in excel?

Need your help to complete my task, May you help me?

I have an Excel Sheet containing 115 members list, I want to display the photos of individual by selecting the mamber from Drop down box list.

for this where to save all the photos?

Hi Valdy,

I am working on Excel 2007, as per Excel Tricks sheet, gone through the Lookup & return picture sheet, I did all the steps succesfully but cannot get the result at extreme last step the Picture cannot displayed. Any solution plzzzz???
