Number is not Zero in column

I have the following Problem

I have a line full of Zeros with one number inequal to Zero

0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 5000 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 Here i want to have number inequal to Zero

I have solved it with a lot of if functions but i think that it must work somehow easier.
