Formula not calculating Reg Time, OT, DOT, according to California law.

I am having problems due to California OT laws. I was able to get my spreadsheet working fine, until I throw a unique situation into the mix. In California, OT is based on a daily amount. I have the weekly scenario figured out, but am stuck on the daily problem. For instance, if you look at the attached spreadsheet, I have Sunday a person working only 6 hours. On Monday, 13. I need the formulas to reflect the proper calculations. Thank you.

    Timesheet Revised.xlsx

I'm not familiar with California OT laws. Does the law state when double-time kicks in? If so, let me know and I'll revise the formula I added to the sheet.

Let me know how this works.

California law works like this. First 8 hours per day, reg time, up to 12 hours the same day, over time, anything over 12 is Double time, per day. The problem I have is that we work some pretty strange hours at times. It is not uncommon to work 7 days a week, it is also regular that a person may work only 4 or 5 hours in a day. Poses some pretty interesting formula writing. Thank you for you assistance.
