Help setiing up this commands in excell (find and copy text between sheets)

There are parts to this question, if you can answer any of the parts that woulde be amazing. Thank you!

I have two excel sheets, both have the names of different valves and numbers, e.g. V51.01, ZOC15.26, etc. However sheet1 has all the info associated with that valve (function, location, etc.) but sheet2 doesn't. I was finding and copying each row one by one, but I realize now that there might be another way of doing this. I have an idea, but I'm not sure.

How do I :

a. Find a cell that contains certain text and numbers:
Example:
V 51.01 and V51.01 (they are different but excell can find "V" and "51.01")

b. Copy the 5 cells next to the cell found in a.

c. Find V51.11 once again and paste the 5 cells next to it .

Ok, I attached two files one with the Tag_Id (e.g. V51.01) and its corresponding information. And another file without this information.

Tried to search V 51.01 in both the sheets but no exact match .

Specify me the row address ?

I have observed some colour like Yellow , Pink or Magenta do they have any significance ?

I wrote V 51.01 as an example of a Tag_ID (PT05.00 or V03.11, etc.). What I'd like to do is:
1. Find a specific Tag_ID in sheet 1 for example "FAN18.02"
2. Copy the cells with information next to the TAG ID
3. Find the Tag_ID with same name "FAN18.02" in sheet 2
4. Paste the information copied from sheet1 to sheet2
5. Do this for all TAG_ID


You can ignore the colors in the excell sheet

Also, in case someone else needs this, sometimes people write the Tag_ID either as "FAN18.02" or "FAN 18.02"

So for the other excell sheets I have to complete, I selected the TAG_ID column and with find and replace made all Tags into one word. so all Tag Ids are consistent. Unless you have another idea?

HI,

Take help of helper column and Use "Substitute" function and replace the " "(i mean Space) to "", in this case u will not need to do replace all the time or give me some time i will try to find another way.
