Generate combinations of multiple columns

I am trying to come up with a function that will give me all the different combinations of multiple columns. For example:

Manager	Action A	From Side Menu
Supervisor	Action B	From Top Menu
Employee	Action C

What I need is a formula that can take this data from one worksheet and print out the combinations in a new worksheet. The new worksheet would look like this:

Manager	Action A	From Side Menu
Manager	Action A	From Top Menu
Manager	Action B	From Side Menu
Manager	Action B	From Top Menu
Manager	Action C	From Side Menu
Manager	Action C	From Top Menu
Supervisor	Action A	From Side Menu

... etc.

I can do this easily on 2 columns, but I can't figure out a formula for adding in the 3rd column. This needs to be scalable, as the number of rows and columns varies. I have been googling for hours with no success. Any help would be appreciated.
