Percent with conditional format

In cell D5 I have a set percentage of 5%. In cell C5 I have a formula returning a percentage result. I have a conditional format to turn cell C5 green if it is “equal or greater than” D5. The formula in C5 sometimes returns a fraction that is over 16 digits long dropping the percent to 4.9999999999999999%, but the percent that is seen is 5%. Is there a way to make the conditional format refer only to two digits past the decimal? Regards, Gary
