Counting texts using a fist two letters

Dear experts,

Please refer the attached document.

In column E (row 4 to 7 merged), I need the count of machines by considering the first two letters(SN). The machines numbers are entered as SN 217, SN 265 starting from Column G to DJ.

For an example, total serviced Single Needle machines(SN) 36.

And the same formula need to be applied to other machine types too.

=COUNTIF(G4:DJ7,"SN*")

=COUNTA(G4:DJ7)
